Our youth pathway uses adapted kinetic activities and supportive coaching to work on movement, sensory regulation and confidence. The environment is paced, welcoming and designed to reduce pressure.
Important: this program supports wellbeing and development. It does not replace medical, psychological or rehabilitation care when those services are needed.
